Year: 1996
Construction Material: Cement, Concrete, Wood

High levels of fluoride in the water dictated an extraordinary combination of a draft-force concrete cement tower. The inner portion of the concrete cement tower. The inner part of the concrete was fully coated with rubber in order to protect it from the fluoride. For the same reason, wood was chosen as infrastructure. All metal parts are made of HAST alloy.
