Field-assembled cooling towers > Maxima air separation center

Year: 2010
Construction material: Pultruded FRP
Water Flow: 3,000 m3/hr
Maxima, a leading producer and supplier of industrial and medical gases, has asked YWCT to design and supply a cooling tower for its new air separation unit (ASU) that was built to produce liquid gases as well as compressed gases.

According to strict space requirements, YWCT designed and supplied a two-cell 9m X 9m cooling tower that was positioned over a 6 m' high concrete basin. This unique design created operational space under the water basin, enabling the client to install needed water pumps and filtration systems.

Note that for this project, YWCT also supplied the water filtration system that was skid mounted in our plant, equipped with pipes, valves, and pump; then integrated into the water-piping layout on site.
